Chris and I got back early yesterday morning from our trip to San Francisco. As is tradition for me, I got sick just as the vacation was winding down. So I waited until today when I started feeling a little better to start removing photos from my phone and organizing the treats we collected along the way.
I'll probably have to make a couple of blog posts to cover everything, (since I have a folder with about 50 photos I'd wanted to share- so many!). I'll have to pare those down a bit I think.
These are also just photos from my phone. I'll develop the photos from the camera shortly and post those as well.
A friend advised that we try House of Nanking, and we're glad we did! We were pretty hungry after our long day of travelling, so this was a treat!
I'm pretty in love with the architecture in this city. It seemed like there were surprises down every alleyway! And everything was so brightly coloured. I love that about coastal towns.
The view from the base of Coit Tower.
I'll be sure and post a few more tomorrow! Until then, it's time for me to get unpacking.
Melinda, I was so happy to see you posted a photo of Nanking! I was just in San Fran for the first time about a month ago, and can't rave enough about that place!
ReplyDeleteSeriously. DELICIOUS. That pancake was incredible. And we had a squid dish that was cooked more perfectly than any other squid I've had before. Mmm... I hope you had a great time there! We sure did! xo
DeleteI LOVE San Fran!!! I visited for the first time last summer and I still can't stop thinking about it!! I can't wait to see more of your pics to help me reminisce.
ReplyDeleteThanks Danijela! I'll definitely post more during the week! What were some of your favourite parts of the city?
